Designed for the modern family (or even an old-fashioned family that needs childcare once in a while), Brella offers comprehensive childcare that’s accommodating and adaptable: You can design a schedule that works for your family and pay by the hour via an app.

Brella says it is the first to offer "truly flexible high-quality care". "While online marketplace models have attempted to streamline families' access to in-home care, and gyms and social clubs have dabbled in unlicensed onsite babysitting, no other provider has executed a successful model of truly flexible high-quality care," said Brella.

But what sets The Jane Club apart is its socially conscience commitment to making a difference in the world, and in women’s lives, says co-founder Jess Zaino. The venture is about building an eco system, and that includes partnering with brands that align with The Jane Club’s mission to create a village that values and centers on the work women do: their careers, care taking, and community building.

Hollywood Reporter
”The Jane Club is demanding that motherhood is not seen as a branding tool, but rather a political weapon. We are demanding that women are not forced into motherhood, that they are not stigmatized if they choose not to be mothers and if they choose to be mothers, that their children are not seen as a liability or a line item.” - Founder Diane Raphael

Mother Magazine
Mom and entrepreneur Keltse Bilbao Olazar realized that finding a peaceful spot to work was only half the problem facing working parents. The other—what to do with those kids while you got down to business—seemed to be the one everyone was struggling to solve. Her response was Big and Tiny, a high-style co-working space in Santa Monica that has childcare built right in.

The doors to the kids’ area at this Westside spot—where they have a swing, a ball pit, and tons of those cool vintage-looking wooden toys—have a little window parents can peek through without disturbing playtime. A brilliant feature if your mind keeps wandering back to your little one while you’re trying to get work done in the dedicated coworking space in the back (outdoor garden and phone booth included). Drop by for a parents-welcome class, drop off while you run errands (Costco is a hop and a skip away), or post up to work for up to four hours a day while the staff keeps children as young as three months old happy.
